Grunt fail

    3) angular#>= 1.1.5 which resolved to 1.2.16 and is required by angular-ui-router#0.2.7

When bower install (which one in suitable)?
Maybe that is causing:

And I can't get to run the server, what am I missing?

That line is giving me an error in the grunt
