Checklist notes: viewing, printing, editing

So far, upon viewing a checklist and clicking View under the Note column, an alert box appears with a "Coming Soon" message. Notes are getting saved to the database, but do not yet appear on the view screen or the print preview.

With removal of the second date field (#545), there would be more space per row, perhaps enough to show the note or a portion of it. Upon clicking the note field, it could expand temporarily to allow for longer input. This would eliminate the need for a dialog box and would let the user see at a glance which row have notes.
