Remove unnecessary sample logs

The sample logs take up too much memory, and some of them are not used.
There should be a configuration option, for example "LogsToKeep" where one would add logs to keep. By default it should be
proton_charge,EnergyRequest,phi,chi,omega, for all beamlines, and for HYSPEC: s2, msd,psda, psr. In addition, any "Additional Dimension" should be added at runtime to the list. These values should then be passed to LoadEventNexus algorithm. If the configuration is not present, or is empty, all logs should be loaded.
