Improve dev:console "make:module" command

Currently the command is not interactive.
If the module name is missing we get an error:

We could ask for the missing module name.

The help message could be improved.
Currently we show "Directory where module should be created. Default is app/code if not reconfigured".
If we are in a dev:console session we already know the optionally configured path. So we can replace the message by showing the right path.

Problem and motivation

Make it easier to use the command.
