feature: order/invoice send delete

Feature description

Could be nice to be able to delete and send orders from the command line. I think something like this existed in the cli of magento 2

Problem and motivation

Especially when you have been testing and have a lot of testing orders.

@f1-outsourcing Thanks for the request. In Magento 2 there is no option to delete a order over CLI in the standard installation. There are third party extensions available, providing that as CLI command.

Oh can be, it has been a while when I was looking at Magento 2. I can only remember deleting orders via the cli.
