Code-for-Humanity

Motivation

Code-for-humanity is a humanitarian initiative, powered by the Network Institute, at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. We help humanitarian software-related projects to build, develop, and launch.

What kind of projects do we contribute to?

We offer help to humanitarian-cause projects, situated at an MVP stage or more mature.

What help do we offer?

The technical support involves:

  • Finalizing the design and development of the project
  • Designing, developing, and testing new features
  • Expanding existing functionality and fixing bugs
  • Expand or develop a testing framework
  • Technological advice

The advertising support involves articles, blogs, and posts via our website and social-media platforms.

Repository Rules

To ensure a consistent, scalable, and efficient development process, this repository requires following some contribution rules for overall collaboration, commit messages, branches, forks, pull requests, and issues.

We expand the repository / collaboration rules in Repository Rules Page.
