It was enabled in firefox-common.inc on commit 34d0048 ("private-etc: corss-distro test for curl, gimp, inkscape, firefox, warzone2100", 2023-01-28), but not in the profiles that include it. Enable it in the including profiles as well. Relates to netblue30#6400.

The app can still read the logs without machine-id, but it does show a large red notification widget stating that the current user doesn't have the proper privileges to read the logs (even though the user is in the systemd-journal group). It was removed on commit 5d0822c ("private-etc: big profile changes", 2023-02-05). Relates to netblue30#6400.

This fixes access to Thunderbird system policies, which can be set system-wide via `/etc/thunderbird/policies/policies.json`. Users can also use this directory to set different default preferences. Relates to netblue30#6400 netblue30#6435.

Currently #5610 is used for the discussion of the new private-etc groups and
associated refactoring.
Though unlike issues, when referencing a discussion a timeline event for the
reference is not created, so links between discussions and issues/PRs/commits
have to be created manually in comments (see
https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/2971).
So create this new issue to use as the main issue to be referenced in this case
for the sake of automatic links.
