cURL reported error code 7 with message "Failed to connect to localhost port 9200 after 0 ms: Couldn't connect to server". - Check the logs for details

Because local beach didnt build the index initially.

This is an elastic search problem.

This is basically a problem during development or on the staging instance where no ES is available.
