Certificate Errors preventing Neo4j ETL Graph App from starting

User has reported that they're unable to launch the ETL Graph App using Desktop. The window just remains empty :

Looking at the console output from the developer tools shows the following errors :

User's environment details are as follows :

• OS : Windows 10 Enterprise
• Desktop version : 1.5.6
• ETL Tool version : 1.6.0

Desktop in general, as well as other graph apps, are reported as working as expected.

We are investigating the problem.
As a temporary workaround, if possible, can you try to remove the _JAVA_OPTIONS environment variable?
That way it should start without any problems.

If present, the JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS variable could cause the same error too.
