In a new Unity project without Needle Engine

Download the samples package
Open the package in the Unity Editor (you can double click the downloaded .unitypackage)
Use the menu item Needle Engine/Explore Samples to open the Needle Engine Samples window

In a Unity project with Needle Engine already installed

Open the Samples Window (Located at the top bar in Needle Engine/Explore Samples)
Follow instructions there
