BmLauncher is not Loading

I put the BmLauncher in the Binaries and everytime I launch the game it doesn't Load the Launcher I downloaded the NET 6 it still not loading the BmLauncher.

Can Someone help me with this Problem.

that's the one I used and I still can't launch the game with the reshade mod
