Call for price in trunk

There used to be a function 'Call for price'.
It would be desirable imo if that could be merged into trunk.

This is not code driven, it's a template change. You can just update your templates. if zero price, add call for price message and hide the add to basket. if you want to go 1 step further you can add a bespoke checkbox onto the product.
