Multibuy not working in 3.6.7 #140

I tried to apply a multi buy in a new install running the test version of NBS (3.6.7)

What I did:

create a feature 'wheels'
create a product 'car'
apply feature to the car
create discount for all products with feature 'wheels', discount second one (qty: 1) 50% off

Added 2 cars to the basket but no discount was applied.

The discount is running from october to november
it is not disabled
