SparseInverseProblems

This julia package accompanies the paper "The Alternating Descent Conditional Gradient Method for Sparse Inverse Problems", which should be available on the arxiv. A copy of the paper is included in this repository.

Install with Pkg.clone("[email protected]:nboyd/SparseInverseProblems.jl.git").

In the directory ~/.julia/v0.4/SparseInverseProblems/examples you will find three simple examples.
