definire il timezone in base all'utente tramite javascript e non in un DEFINE del server...

oppure tramite impostazione (settings_napos) da parte dell'admin

Serve anche in Bolt che le transazioni sono in orario utc

@opasch mi sai dire il time zone dei due server di test e produzione? Non sono italiane vero?
