I want Documentation on Put/Delete/Evict Datalog transactions for Rust Client and Clojure Server
So we need to generate a comprehensive Readme that includes links to documentation and a rust Docs.rs page for the Rust client.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Rust client documentation is available on Docs.rs for Put/Delete/Evict Datalog transactions
• Readme has an entry for Put/Delete/Evict Datalog transactions
• Sub directory called docs has a page on how to use the gXTDB plugin and Put/Delete/Evict Datalog transactions
