cut off for short/long range cis contacts

Hello Eoghan and Team,

in your Pore-C Snakemake pipeline you are providing a nice contact summary file including the total numbers and percentage of short and long range cis-contacts, respectively. Unfortunately there seem to be no description about the specific cut off you used.
It would be nice if you could write this in the comments or copy the link where I can find it in case I missed it.
