Point release of PINT. This is meant to be the release used for the NANOGrav 15-year data release. The most notable change is that several observatory positions have been updated, including an update of the position of the Arecibo observatory that moves the assumed position by about 30 m (!). As of 2021 September TEMPO and TEMPO2 have not yet been updated correspondingly, so expect some minor differences.
