The band noise lines produced by TEMPONEST look like this: TNBandNoise 0 960 -14.0997 2.82109 200
The format is TNBandNoise <freq1> <freq2> <Amp> <Gamma> <Nharms>
I think this is not a good representation for PINT, given our troubles with pairParameters. These have 5 entries each in one line and no way to represent uncertainties :(
It's probably best to develop something that fits better with PINT's style and add a convert-on-read feature.
