【需求】新增markdown等格式消息内容传递
当前貌似只有text文本格式的消息，在企业微信APP应用展示，展示的内容较多且当有告警条数多了之后，发现不易于查看告警内容。建议增加markdown的格式，让输出内容更具有识别性。
