Bug Description

I keep getting this error even after the last update. I use the postegres database as an Agent AI tool. I use it to update my database. This is an important service. There are executions that work and executions that don't. This is complicated because I can't wait to put it into production.

Hi @rovictorbh, could you share the JSON for a minimal example that shows this error? That will help reproduce this error so we can investigate!
