Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, the Mysterium Node for Android lacks the capability to request authorization for unrestricted background usage and background data access. This poses limitations and restrictions when running the Mysterium Node in the background, impacting its performance and overall functionality.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to request the addition of code in the Mysterium Node for Android that enables the app to request authorization for unrestricted background usage and background data access. This would allow the Mysterium Node to continue operating efficiently and reliably even when running in the background, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Additional context
By granting the Mysterium Node authorization for unrestricted background usage and background data access, providers (node runners) can confidently run the app without worrying about any performance limitations. This enhancement would be beneficial for those who rely on the Mysterium Node for continuous and uninterrupted usage, improving its overall usability and effectiveness.
