Not able to have the sample application (lxde) exposed on the PORT for access in browser

Running sample application ldxe. The application :

• Runs fine and ldxe UI comes up when network=host is passed, but doesn't get exposed on a PORT

• Tried passing -p [PORT]:[PORT] (-p 8089:8089)
  Doesn't run. ldxe UI doesn't comes up when network=NET and PORT is passed. Thus, doesn't get exposed on a PORT
