grunt pkg and grunt install does not properly install on Android #10

Per Brady, running grunt pkg and then grunt install (with a device plugged into USB) results in the application showing as installed on the device, but tapping the icon does not properly start the app. I don't know the precise steps to reproduce, but this is a reminder to investigate this.
