I was trying to check this project but the config file doesnt seem to have option to add a c2 and port , How do one configure irc server to be monitored ?

Oh wow, didn't knew anyone was still interested in this project :)
Are you monitoring IRC botnet command and control channels? Have you considered any other tools?
