Issue with the Product related capability

Go to admin dashboard >>MultiVendorX >>Settings >>Product capabilities , here the setting "Publish and Submit Re-edited Products" does not work accordingly.

When this is enabled and a product is edited by vendor then the products get submitted for a admin review.
But it show that this should let vendor with the option to vendor the option to submit a product for review and publish it by themselves.
