Videos won't play on Qubes Debian minimal templates, missing dependencies

If you install Mullvad Browser on a Qubes Debian minimal template via the repo, then try to watch a video for example on an Invidious or Peer Tube instance it doesn't work and errors out.

Looking into this it appears that the .deb package is missing dependencies. If you look at the dependencies in aptitude for firefox-esr Mullvad Browser is missing the dependencies for libavcodec59 and libvpx7. If you manually install these dependencies it works.

Similar issue: #120 . Also checked TorProject Gitlab, none are similar.
