Getting error unable to get access to your webcam

I am trying to run "videoconferencing-client"

Case: I try to connect to server from 2 machines for video conference.

When I try to access server from pc where server is running its working fine
When I try to access server from another pc where server is not running,I am getting error "unable to get access to your webcam".

Please help sir
