Ploting pole figure from XRD data

Hello Every one,

I have done an XRD analysis on a FCC structure to measure the macro texture. The outputs of detector are 16 xy files that start from Chi=0 to Chi=75 (Step size: 5 Degrees). I could not load these file into MTEX... Would you please guide me how I can plot the pole figure using this series of data ?

Template of file names: Pole figure 220 Sample Chi= 0.00
