How to evaluate inference speed / fps in table 4? #80

Could you elaborate on how to get the numbers on table 4?
Is demo.py / demo_batch.py the right way to evaluate?

From table 4, the speedup between DFF and Frame is 20.25/4.05=5
However, I used demo.py / demo_batch.py to evaluate, and the speedup is much lower.
