Hello,
I am working with WGS data from several cell lines, using a "normal" cell line as a common normal across the cancer cell lines.
Looking through the documentation for the preProcSample function, I see that we can set normals to be unmatched.
Is there any way for me to specify this in the facets-suite through the wrapper commands?
Thank you so much!
