How to reach a page (bookmark) with custom zoom and scroll?

Hi,

I am opening A0 size architectural drawings, and I zoom in - like a dozen times - and scroll to bottom right region of the drawing.

I want to be able to reach this zoom and scroll when I reopen the file - can someone please guide me to a code sample which does this?

I am willing to use the web/viewer.html but I can't find documentation on how to control it programmatically.
