Currently, siggen is an extracted library. While I've got tooling to sync the code between siggen and Socorro, it's a manual process and someone needs to remember to do it.

I want to end this repository, merge the code into the socorro repository (https://github.com/mozilla-services/socorro), and continue the library there.

Summarizing the last comment: I spent some time today merging siggen into the Socorro repo. It's complicated and I don't think the additional maintenance burden justifies it.

Given that, I'm pushing off merging the two and we can keep them separate for a while longer.
