No password generated in Safari and Brave

Expected behavior

No password will be generated when creating a new account

Actual behavior

It should give or propose a secure password

Step by step guide to reproduce the problem

Just go to a website, create new account and click on the key icon in the password field. Normally it should give me a proposal, but the fields are empty.

This usually happens when your device isn't unlocked or connected... can you double check?

I tried it with unlocked and connected cable, also on BT.
