Hi, thanks so much for this plugin, it's really awesome to use ❤️
However, due to the fact that I dislike clutter, and having commands I don't use, I tried to remove the default export commands/types that the plugin gives you using the trash can button in the settings menu, and replace them with a few of my own. Unfortunately, restarting Obsidian causes all of the default commands to reappear.
Is this a bug or intended behavior? I think it would be nice if adding back the default options was possible, but only if the user invoked it manually.

Do you think it would be possible to add an option to disable this behavior? I'd really like to be able to only have the options I need and/or defined myself.
