README file should include:

Sufficient examples. Covering all the methods of lazy_map and all states in the lifetime of lazy_map.
O(1) claims should be said as "almost O(1)" and reference to the max_depth section properly.
Add a section on how to install lazy_map.
List down the contributors.
Add BUILD status.
release guidelines.
