收集不到netlogger的信息

我的手机进入diagnostic模式后打开NetLoggerMMDiag没有收集到蜂窝网络的信息，请问有什么可能的原原因？

You may check the following issues:

• Check if your phone's diagnostic mode has been activated;
• For safety, make sure your smartphone has installed the external SD card;
• Make sure when running MMDiag, your phones are exchanging messages with the network. As a quick test, you can switch on the airplane mode and switch off and check whether cellular messages are generated.

我在手机上插入了sd卡，但是还是没有记录下来的文件，请问是不是手机里有diag文件就已经进入diagnostic模式了？
