Shortcut list is not updated when edit dialog is open and device orientation is changed

After the device orientation is changed while the shortcut edit dialog is open, the shortcut list is not updated and shows the outdated shortcuts

How to reproduce:

• navigate to shortcuts tab
• open shortcuts edit dialog
• change device orientation
• change the shortcut name in the opened edit dialog and press OK
  Bad: the shortcut list is not updated and shows the old name
  Desired: the shortcut list is updated and shows the new name
