Getting help and support

If you have questions or problems when you use the {{site.data.keyword.cloud}} Command Line Interface {{site.data.keyword.dev_cli_short}} commands, you can chat with the development team on Slack or post questions to Stack Overflow. If you need to, you can open a support case from the Support Center. {: shortdesc}

Community help

Search Stack Overflow{: external} or IBM Support Forums{: external} to see whether other users ran into the same problem. When you use these forums to ask a question, tag your question with ibm-cloud and cli so that it is seen by the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} development teams.

Contacting support

First, check the status of the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} platform and resources by going to the Status page{: external} to see whether there's a known incident.
