Neuroblastoma is a pediatric cancer that occurs in neuroblasts. It is the most common extracranial solid tumor diagnosed in children. Based on the telomere maintenance mechanism, there are three different neuroblastoma phenotypes: ALT, Telomerase, and No TMM.
This project identifies signature genes for the ALT phenotype using single-cell RNA seq expression (counts) data. It also compares the survival probability of different phenotypes.
