Could you add a LICENSE file to this repo?

Hi, I find this repository exceptionally useful, thanks for putting it together! I'd love to be able to reuse some of its content, but presently I can't do that because the repo is lacking a LICENSE file. Would you consider licensing this under the ASL 2 (used by Kubernetes and OpenStack), or perhaps CC-BY or CC-BY-SA (equally appropriate in this context, in my humble opinion)?
