I am unable to find information in the doc regarding how to implement add to wallet. What is base64EncodedPass? Can somebody please post working example on this?

The pass needs to be generate before use this packge, basically is a zip format package with a json and logos signed with app certificate, see the documentation for more information see the link bellow:
