Todoをデータベースに保存する時の操作用のクラスを作成

SQLiteOpenHelperを継承したクラスを作成
引数がContextのみのコンストラクタを作成
保存用のテーブルのcreate文、drop文を作成
onCreateメソッドの実装
onUpgradeメソッドの実装
