[bridge] show "cancelled" only for user initiated cancellations, show "action required" for cases where sideshift/hop is stuck #94

People are confused by "cancelled" state when they did not initiate a cancellation, so a different wording should help.

"action required" is best I can think of, but maybe something else is better
