Regions don't show up after submitting geojson #574

Describe the bug
After submitting a new geojson for regions, the regions don't show up. One has to reload the page for them to show up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a region
Add a new geojson for regions
The regions don't show up.
Reload the page, and the regions show up then

Expected behavior
The regions should show up without reloading (or maybe auto-reload the page after adding the regions)
