Auto update donation address funds

Instead of having to manually update the donations received in the general_funding page we could add an ajax call to a block explorer to fetch the address balance

I just looked into this and the wallet balance is already fetched via a java script (https://grin.mw//assets/js/fund.js). Suggest closing this issue as resolved.
