Hi @keck-in-space,
I'm pretty sure this issue no longer affects the Iridium system. I can't find this erratum notification in my own archives either!

Thanks @mikalhart. We haven't seen any lockouts or other issues transmitting when below 2 bars, but haven't tried when MSSTM reports no network service.
