Selected resources are duplicated in the Selected Resources Preview.

Describe the bug
When you select a resource, for example GET in admin, you can view the resource in the preview collection. When you select the entire admin resource and its children, the GET previously selected is shown twice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://aka.ms/ge.
2. Click on Resources
3. Expand the admin resources and click on GET.
4. View your selected resource in the preview collection
   
5. Close the preview and select all the resources under admin.
6. View your selected resources in the preview collection
   
7. See GET for /v1.0/admin is listed twice.

Expected behavior
Selected resources should only appear once.
