Describe the feature
This will allow to update an exiting Oauth3PermissionGrant object to add or remove scopes.

How will this feature enhance your project and further the project’s overall goals? Who will benefit from this feature (i.e. all users; the project team)?

Without this feature, one has to delete the existing object and create a new one with the updated list of scopes.
