RadioGroup with different browser in IIS Express and https mode.

This report may not be related to the component problem. could it be browser problem or my browser settings ?

I used Fluent Radio Group and having different response using https and IIS Express with different browser. using Microsoft Edge with IIS Express mode, radio group button does not response the change of the value of the radio selected. But with IIS Express mode, Microsoft Edge can do it correctly. But using Chrome is the other way around, it works in IIS but does not work in https mode.

in private mode, Edge and chrome can do it correctly either with IIS Express or Https.

oops, that strange thing is because of browser cache. I remove cache it works just fine either with IIS Express or Https.
